I'm thinking to sign up for truck driver but I don't know which comapany pays good for entry level (unexperienced) like me (already passed knowledge test). Looked ADs, some say weekend at home, and all of them say best pay, doesn't say starting pay?! Anybody has idea what to suggest in this situation?

Snyder and JB Hunt are the biggest so they must be doing something right.

Over the years I've worked for 8 different trucking company's. All in all I would say for you want Swift Transportation. They will train you, give you a fair wage and good equipment and plenty of miles, plus good benefits. Remember, most drivers are paid by the mile, so a higher pay rate with a company that can't give you at least 120,000 miles a year isn't a good deal. I averaged 145,000 miles over the last 4 years I drove.
