Yes we do. When we shave, the tip of our hair becomes sharp (like every other guy), but our hair is curly. The hair curls back in and punctures the skin resulting in ingrown hair. (looks like acne) I don't shave anymore...I just cut it short with clippers equipped with a guide.
Pioneerthinking.com:
"Ingrown Hairs of the Beard (Razor Bumps)
Another African American skin care issue is Ingrown Hairs. African Americans have curved hair shafts and this is true of beard hair as well as other body hair. Often after a very close shave, the pointed hair may curl back into the skin and it may pierce the wall of the hair follicle, causing a reaction resulting in bumps called "pseudofolliculitis barbae." If you can, growing a beard is a viable option for helping this."
furthermore... there is an economic gap between most blacks and whites.

Yes, haven't you ever seen an African-American with a beard or mustache? And yes, they do have African-Americans in shaving adds as well. You just haven't been paying attention.
Oh, BTW: it's "Facial" not "fashal," "African" not "afracan," "Shaving" not "shaveing," people" not "ppl" and it's "Racist" not "races."
PLEASE STAY IN SCHOOL!

I'm going to try and translate that. I believe you mean "Do African Americans have facial hair? I'm not trying to be racist. I mean, it is always white people in shaving ad's."
If my translation is correct then that is a silly question to ask. Of course they do. I'm astounded that you even felt compelled to ask

Because companies understand the economic gap between the caucasians and the africans; the caucasians have the money to waste on a vibrating, 20-million bladed razor while many Africans do not.
You sell to people who can buy, thats the short of it.
