how to dail up connection from my Windows XP to the jaring?

I had check the seting modem in my computer is 56K MDC modem and try to connect with dsiling number 1315 but the showing error connection

1315 is not a phone number for one.......

Hi. The setting is not dependent on the OS. The modem needs to be able to connect to the ISP. Usually the number has more digits than 4 (1315).
