do they like bad news?

no one likes bad news, but that's one of the few ways to stay current about the things that are happening out there in the world. besides the news give a lot of useful information, like when there's a rapist, murderer, ect. on the loose, or about evacuations, and terrorists attacks, ect. so the news are very important. i personally dont watch it cus it does show a lot of things i really dont want to see, but in cases when they give info that might concern me, i do watch it.

Some people do.. I only watch if there is something interesting on that i really want to watch and i watch for the weather.. I hate bad news..

I gave up watching news a long time ago. And so far I really don't think I have missed anything life altering. I suspect others need to watch it to make them feel connected as if they know what is going on in their own neighborhood or on this planet.

No they just don't want to be ignorant of the world they live in. The real world sucks but knowledge is power.

I don't watch it.. I'm on a strict news fast. Unless "the Daily Show" and C.Report" count..

morbid curiousity. sometimes i watch it and im like wtf is wrong with people. there was a period not to long ago where there were so many children ending up dead and or missing and people being crazy, i had to stop watching and reading all news cause it was to much!
