y=8x^2
(1/8)y=x^2
4(1/32)y=x^2
4(1/32)(y-0)=x^2
4(1/32)(y-0)=(x-0)^2

p = 1/32
k = 0
h = 0

(1/8)y =x^2

h = 0
k=0
4p= 1 / 8

p = 1 / 32

anyway why do you want to put it in that form

it is already in a good form with vertex at the origin and opening upwards and focus at (0,1/32)
