Grease the bushings in the sway bars and other suspension components. That should help.

When is the last time your (fan)belts were checked. If they are getting worn and stretched the extra effort needed to turn the steering that far, power steering pump working extra hard, will cause the belts to squeal. Then they get quiet again when that pressure is let off the power steering pump.

more than likely its the lower ball joint, you probably replaced them with aftermarket joints, thus the squeaking,i would fist of all remove the sway bar insulator/mount at the body and lubricate with good quality paste silicone lubricant(Dow corning)if that doesn't do it replace the lower ball joints, don't hammer them in press them in as per service manual, that should fix it,good luck

Well you have not given much of the cars prior history but, I assume this vehicle has some considerable miles on it and , has never had any struts put on the front? It could be a number of things from bushings being worn, struts being bad or, the front end may just need to be lubed.

were the ball joints greased after they were installed? or could be the rubber bushings on the suspension are a little dry because of the salt they use during winter. my nissan pickup started to squeek after they salted the roads. try taking your car to a self-service car wash and hosing down the front suspension.

Put some grease in there, and see. But you should take it to a mechanic and get it looked at. Theyll know what to do.
