B2K broke up because Lil Fizz, J-boog, and Raz-b said that they had financial mishandling by Chris Stokes, there manager. But Omarion didn't believe that it was true so they broke up because of Omarion!!

B2K had some issues with the favoritism. Christopher Strokes (manager) faves Omarion because he is family and he got all the parts in the songs and Omarion was not letting the other members have their share in the money

i guess coz of omarion, he got all the attention then went solo, just like nsync justin timberlake got all the attention from the straight ppl and he went solo and beyonce she went solo coz of favouritism
