No, i don't scream for help, but i do stand up on my tippie toes and try to push back on my heel as if I am going to put my foot flat on the floor, do it very easy though, if you try it, you'll see that the muscle is so tight you can't really move the heel much but in a few moments the pain will all be over, so just get up on those tippie toes... It works Promise!!

i know how to get rid of a charlie horse....when you feel it starting...you stretch your leg out in front of you..point your toes toward the ceiling, and "push" your heel straight out, stretching the calf muscle. do this for a few seconds until the pain goes away...good luck!

Hard as that horse be kicking one cannot help but shake rattle and roll and holler and then scream like crazy. It sure do hurt.

Yes, but unfortunately my grandma was the only other one in the house and she was in her room listening to church music and singing loud...I had to push on myself crawling to the couch like a wounded soldier...she came out just after I made it and saw my red face and asked if I wanted a cup of tea because I looked ill...I shook my head and she just walked away smiling and singing under her breath....

yes..when I got one in my upper thigh..on the inside of my leg..I did. I couldn't move it hurt so bad.
