Depending on the source, the Nazi's are reported to have believed many different things. I have read where the Nazi's didn't believe they were the Aryans but had Aryan genes from the migrations of the Aryans. Your question may be somewhat true in that it was believed the Aryans were an ancient people of higher technology and civilization. That being the case a belief in the Atlantis lore lead some to theorize that the Aryans were the Atlanteans. The theosophical society were largely responsible for this theory.
The origin of the Aryans is somewhat disputed with theories ranging from a north to south migration from northern europe or a south to notrh migration from ancient persia. The latter seems most likely. Some people will fall for anything, such as the "black egyptian" theory. No one is immune.

Hitler was ****** up and had no clue what he was talking about when it came to these matters. Actually, the Aryans come from India originally. Yes, a very very long time ago, but not exactly from "Atlantis". The Atlantis was an AGE, not a place. Thule, Lemuria, Mu, Hyperborea - those were the places (continents) where people lived in the Atlantean AGE.
