Wow, tough question, I'd like to think it's a two way street with it. Having said that I know that sometimes one person loves the other more, but I am with someone so special right now that it doesn't much matter, she is great.

should be equal, otherwise the other will get tired - love is a two way street
it's like hiring a staff :
if you hire an overqualified - he/she will get bored and can be a rascal
if you hire an under qualified - you'll end up doing all the work

i wouldnt wanna know how much they love me. in my experience, if i get the feeling i love my bf more than he loves me, i feel bad and sad.
if i get the feeling he loves me more, ifeel guilty
