No. Man has not been to the moon since the last Apollo mission in the early 70's.
As I understand it we don't have the required rocket with enough thrust to currently get a payload including a man to the moon currently in production.
I suggest that it will be a while before we do. Unless you have the spare few billions around to develop or resurrect one.

Well, this rich Russian guy spent about 4 Million Dollars to get a short ride up to the International Space Station (125 Miles up). So I guess that in time a ticket to go to the Moon
(250,000 Miles up) might cost you on the order of 4 times 2,000 = 8,000 Million Dollars, or 8 Billion Dollars.
And, if you want to see what it might be like to live in Space for 60 to 90 days at a far cheaper price, you might want to move into your mother's clothes closet for 60 days non-stop.
Do everything that you must do within that closet. Yes, I mean do everything you have to do inside that closet. Eat, Sleep, Pee, Poop, Exercise, Read, Listen to the Radio, Watch TV, Do Homework, Wash yourself, Do house cleaning, etc. Real neat, eh???

NASA has been stuck in a low-Earth orbit for all its space missions for around 15 years now, so there aren't any trips to the Moon for even astronaughts, sadly.
The best you can do right now is pay around $10,000,000 (ten million) to spend a few days on the ISS, which is the going price for the half-year of training added with NASA cancelling one of their more tedious assignments they wanted to place on the shuttle instead of you.
I doubt civilians will be going to the Moon any time in the near future if NASA is not even taking a serious attempt at putting Humans on Mars.

Theres talk about being able to buy a ticket into earth orbit, but nothing beyond that. I wonder what they would say if I tried to book a seat for my new satellite... Probably make me pay for 2 seats.

Yes their is, it will cost you 35,000,000 to go up for an orbit around Earth and 105,000,000 for a space station visit, you can only go when they go has well. Now non-astronauts can go up but it is very expensive.
