The first thing that you need to do is talk to the HR group. You have to get a complaint on record. If you have complained and they don't make it stop then you may have a case to sue them, and the person calling you names.

TALK TO SUPERVISOR---IF THEY DON'T HELP YOU--TALK TO A HUMAN RESOURCE AGENT AND GET THE STRAIGHT FACTS...

EVEN CALL YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE FOR THE EEO ADVICE.
