Of course Americans have faults; what a ridiculous question. All people have faults regardless of where they live or come from.
Sleeping with a prostitute is a personal decision and, although I don't think it's a good idea, I'm not about to blast on people for it, regardless of whether they are in the streets of Baghdad or in Tulsa. Just because one element of an object is bad does not mean the whole is. It's perfectly possible for people -- Christians or otherwise -- to support the war in Iraq yet not support every aspect of it. Moral situations aren't as black and white as many people would like them to be.

Any human who seeks out and hires prostitutes for sex, is committing a sin. I don't care if they are a member of the armed services or not: it is wrong.
Equating war with prostitution is wrong. Would there be prostitution without war? YES!!! Were there prostitutes in Bahgdad before the dictator was overthrown? YES!!! Were there rape gangs also? YES!!! We can only stop one act of indecency at a time!
No, I don't feel guilt over some American jarhead paying for sex. I didn't raise that boy, so I am in no way connected to his sin. That lack of morality is on his own head! Just as the Iraqi man patronizing the whore after him is also NOT my responsibility, neither is it the responsibility of the Iraqi government.
All humans sin. The only exception to this axiom is JESUS CHRIST, the messiah of God. Americans are certainly no exception!

The word Christians should be capitalized.
I don't think Christians think people who sleep are sinners.
The boys from World World II stood in line for prostitutes because they were well trained, well behaved, and knew how to wait their turn.
There is no sin in waiting for your turn.
It is a sin to cut in line.
Jesus never cut in line.
I am reminded of the tale of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, standing in the foot wash line 3 hours before his feet were finally called.
"Oh, To Be Called Upon By the Lord".
A true Christan will wait to be called and will not jump ahead of somebody, just so he can get some more good-deed- doing done.

I really don't care what christians think about anything. Their opinion on matters that do not concern them is worthless.
