why is it ok for Chris Rock to stand up and say "honkey" this and "Cracker" that and nobody says anything..... or for a rap song to rap about scaring the white pizza boy by taking all of his money...... but, if a white person even insenuates the hint of racism... or if the white waitress does not wait on her minority table quickly enough, lawsuits pour out of every hole there is. why don't white people have a civil rights activist? when i lived in DC i was targeted because of my race. i was treated unfairly and cruely every single day of my 2 years there because i am white. the lady at the grocery store wouldn't even look or speak to me, because i am white. where are my civil rights??? who cares about my fairness?

ok, now...... everyone call me a racist. because that's what happens when a 'cracker' gets out of line and tries to stand up for theirself.

very very very few people alive to day were slaves or owned slaves.................. sooooo..... why is this still an issue??? why is someone making someone else pay for something they never went through and the other person never did? that's like me taking money from you because your grandfather stiffed my grandfather on a car payment..... make sense?

When white people start standing up for themselves, just very same way blacks do for themselves, whether it's speaking your mind, lighting In Numbers as they do, meaning that when blacks beat up physically on a white person , then whites need to to do the very same thing! When blacks protest, or cry out for justice, they do it all in numbers, until whites come together in the very same way, then it's just going to continue! There is strength in numbers, Stand up and fight!

I think everyone needs to have a little sense of humor and not get all huffy about everything someone says. Chris Rock is free to say whatever he wants and he always does it in a way that is not offensive to me anyway... You will always find white racists and black racists and that is just the way it is. Some people are sexist, some are prejudiced against fat people, short people, etc... I just try to do my part not to contribute to spreading hate against any particular group and that is all you can do. I understand your frustration but I think you may be focusing on the racist minority of people when there are a whole lot of people out there who don't have those issues.

Because WE have allowed it to happen. I refuse to be politically correct I suggest you do the same. You cannot be sued for your opinion......ALWAYS state it is YOUR opinion. My quote I put on most my correspondence is this:
I wasn't aware racism still existed until Obama was elected and let all whites know that black democrats hate them.
Now I have black friends they are normal people and are intelligent enough to know they have the same rights as anyone else. It's the ignorant ones that still want to pretend something other than themselves is holding them down.

I'm African American and I just had a conversation with 5 other Blacks about this very thing. I abhor the use of racial or racist terms for purposes of denigrating someone or making fun of someone. It was wrong of Imus and it's wrong of Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle. The funny part is that Blacks do use reverse racism = largely because of the hundreds of years of discrimiantion, bigotry, Jim Crow. We're hurt. We're angry. We don't trust whites, so we vent our frustrations this way. But that doesn't make it right, particularly since we have our own demons in the closet and ironically we are living in WHITE America. Yes, we helped build this country. We are part of the work force that keeps this country running but unless you make your own clothes, shoes, grow your own food, create your own technology, social programs -- I'm talking to Black folks now -- then the reverse racism is a crock. You have to depend on the same man who robbed, raped and enslaved you (your ancestors) for the food on your table and the clothes on your back. You need to understand what side your bread is buttered on. Do I like the Euro-gentile, Euro-AMerican industrial, racial complex? Hell no, but the reality is until we have our own infrastructure in place to support our lifestyle.......

You answered your own question sweetie. Because we are afraid to get sued or offending anyone else, because it would get thrown back in our face (even though WE had nothing to do with it) blacks were slaves and we did that do them. Now I by no means am racist but that's the damn truth.

Well look at our history. First we enslave the Africans... then we take over Africa... then we abolish slavery but the KKK comes to power in the south killing hundred upon thousands of them... I think they're just a little edgy that it's going to happen again. I mean what did they do to us? Did our plantation work? sat at the back of the bus so we could get off faster? built our railway systems? come on now... we've been doing this to them for hundreds of years... what's one little word gonna do to us? I'd be more worried about the AAA (African-American Apocolypse)

Addition (4/15 3:21 AM)
Well no **** there's noone alive who owned slaves or were slaves themselves... it's only been 140+ years since it was abolished they'd be pretty damn old... and if anyone took my comments as racist they're far from it... it's an ironic look at how we came to the point where it's "ok" for black people to say cracker or honky... and honestly... LIFE ISN'T FAIR! there's racism all over the d*mn world... you think that your complaining is going to stop it? they got **** on for hundreds and hundreds of years... does it make it right? no... you didn't do anything... i didn't do anything... my neighbor didn't do anything... who F*CKING CARES!? this sh*t needs to stop yes... but god... let it fricken roll off your back... there's nothing you can do...

Hey yeah. At least you didn't kill them all off like you did all of those damn indians.(just kidding). It is unfair. That stuff is history now. Let it go. African Americans are plentiful and prosperous. Let it go.

Duh, It might have something to do with more than 400 years of degradation and exploitation that white people have put people of color and women through in this country.
