living with a 17-year old, i have two wonderful kid's of his and he refuses to support one of them, he is practically under this girls total control and rather raise her and support her then his own kid's. he is dying of Aid's and this girl does'n tgive a crap about it whether she gets infcted or not, he's 36 and says she hasnt gotten pregnant yet, but they'r trying and its none of mb. I give a rats hoot what they do, to prove im not jelous. my prob is he refuses to be a responsibl father and she liks to get in bewtwn decisions. I know he can end up in jail for living with somene underage for knowing his past history with viol& the law hes not to be with anyone underage. He is also not to be driving without a license, since he's been caught several times without including stealing vehicles, stickers and plates around bc and changing vim'ss and has a long history of fines, he is not allowed a legal license. Should i report him? I dont want trouble, but want to prevent her fr medlin

If you were the 17 year old girls mom wouldn't you want someone to turn him in. I'm a 39 year old man and my children are older than that. If he messed with my 17 year old little girl it would not be the law he would have to worry about. 36 and has aids dating a child is he as stupid as he sounds Call the law maybe they will get him for child molestation and attempted murder. lock his sorry butt up

Let's see now, he's 36 she's 17 a minor...ummmmmmm and they are living togethere trying to have a baby (I suppose that since she has AIDS she will have a C-section birth unless she want's to pass HIV on to the baby, not to mention him contracting the disease unless they are using IVF. On top of that he's not paying child support for one of his kids and you haven't mentionted this to the courts yet? You're one screwed up person yourself.

The guys is a scuzzball, I doubt you're going to get any more money out of him. But he's risking infecting a young woman, who will likely go on to infect many others. Stop this crap as soon as you can. If you can get him locked up, do it.

why do you even care if he is slleping with this girl, who cares, dont forget he is an ex for a reason. if he doesnt take care of your kids let your kids be the one to complain. let them call him. if he doesnt pay child support then take him to court and they will make him pay and he will end up in jail again for not paying. let him do what he wants with this 17 years old girl, if she gets aids then she gets it. you dont want to expose your kids around her anyway. what will she teach them, how to cheat and be a gold digger? she can do nothing for your kids. dont allow the kids to get into a car with your ex. if he doesnt have adrivers license then it is not safe. stay out of his life and dont worry about him or who he dates. take care of those kids.good luck.

was just thinking what the 1st person wrote your better off without him and even if he not financially supporting the kids u are still better off without him. report him for statutory rape too
