It means that the education just left Roger Waters feeling isolated and hateful. The whole theme of The Wall was the character Pink building a phycological wall between all those that he's suppose to love and his fans. The education he had as a child was "another brick" to his wall that he bagan to build to isolate himeslf. There is Another Brick in the Wall Pt. 1 which is his father dying in World War 2 and Another Brick in the Wall Part 3 which is what he was his feeling of hatred for others. All these things, the bricks, are what everntually results in him cutting himself off from everyone.

He also says teacher leave those kids alone, which I think he's saying is not to brain wash them with the conventional wisdom, or you will just add another brick to the wall that will keep these kids from being free thinkers. Have you heard the expression "tear down the walls" those are the walls he is talking about , the walls that kept the younger generation in the prison of their parents conservative philosophy. It's only a song and not and the artist is making his feelings known, it's not supposed to be taken to seriously.

It's a criticism of the English school system. The schools, according to the band, stifle individuality and encourage conformity to the point where you're just "another brick in the wall" like everyone else.

My understanding is that it is an anti war song. Another brick in the wall refers to the bricks that were made for British soldiers who died in WWI (I think). These bricks were added to walls in their towns. So we don't need no education refers to them simply becoming "another brick in the wall" by dying in an unnamed war.

Well, it's part of a whole story line. This guy's life sucks. Then he's sent to a uppity private (maybe public?) British school for young boys. The teachers are trying to mold the kids into what they think is the best role for society.
The movie emphasizes this- all of the children are seen wearing ghoulish masks which reveal only their eyes and mouth, and they march through a "kid factory".

It might mean that formal education is a barrier to true learning.
