Oh man! I just drove back to L.A. from Las Vegas. I caught myself nodding off on the road. I pulled over as soon as I could and took a nap.When I got back on the road I was still sleepy.I pulled over again. The third time I just got off the road in Barstow and went to a gas station. I got some good coffee. I'm pretty sure that coffee saved our lives. It was so windy and as we got closer to San Bernadeno, there were alot more vehicles. We made it home in one piece thankfully.

i'm getting sleepy in elementary words at the same time as driving on highways and that too on truly lengthy drives (a million hour or extra) extremely because there is not any longer some thing to do, Set cruise administration and thats it ! With the occasional correction to stay interior an identical lane.. I consistently take some human beings alongside to wake me up if i do flow to sleep.. :)

i drive for a living and i get up very very early so just about every morning i am sleppy last fri i had to pull over and take a 30 min nap just to get back to town lol

Never, now that I've been diagnosed with sleep apnea, and
have taken corrective measures.

A lot. I travel a lot, so I always have sunflower seeds with me. Eating them helps me stay awake.
