boy friend to be charged with sex abuse. by statements from daughter who at the age of nine was cofused and repeated verbateim what her father had programed to say., out ocome was that the plan backfired and the husband was charged with sex abuse, served 70 months, but he has tons of offences that are listed and he does not fit a profile of a sex affender, and has no charges like this listed NCIC and does not do anything i would say that would be sexuly devent.

Why are you in love with an abusive liar?
First of all, even if no abuse had happened, he hurt his daughter by programming her to lie.
Second of all, the fact that he would think of doing something so horrible to his daughter and her mother's boyfriend says something about his thoughts.
Maybe he does not have a past history, but he obviously has a current abuse case. He also now has experience with being an abuser and he will continue to abuse children. He might also abuse you as well.

Programming a child with information so that child can make a sexual abuse charge agaist another person isn't sexually devient behavior???
The type of information the child must have been given, the details he must have put into her head and the fear and embarrassment the child must have felt being programmed with the infortation needed to levy a charge of sexual abuse against another... Is enough in my mind to not only charge the father with a crime of sexual abuse but to charge him with child endangerment and child abuse as well... That he got 70 months is a light sentence in my opinion...
He does fit the profile of a sex offender, he was charged and convicted with a sex offense... It doesn't matter that he has other crimes the one charge and conviction are enough to get him labeled a sex offender and hopefully his name and picture will forever more appear on the sex offenders website...

And I suppose you are an expert when it comes to the profiles of sex OFFENDERS even though you can't even spell the word correctly? Either way he is deceitful, he used his own child for his gain. I certainly couldn't love a man like that.
