We found out who the daddy is. Larry Birkhead. Howard K Stern said he would not fight him for custody.
The custody battle is being waged. because the grandmother wants joint custody. She should not get it. She should have visitation and that is it. It would go against the wishes of her deceased daughter and her track record with raising kids to say in one word- SUCKS!
1) Anna Nicole -dead
2) Daniel-dead
3) Arthur's son, Donald Ray Hart Jr, then 21-years-old in 1993 was busted in Conroe, Texas. for aggravated kidnapping
4) Grandchild shot himself in the foot with HER gun

Larry Birkhead is the father, although Anna Nicole's mother, Virgie Arthur, is trying to get some sort of joint custody now.

DNA determined Larry Birkhead is the father. She is till in Howard Sterns care. Those two both agreed to take it slow so Dannielynn will get use to Larry. The last I heard the transition will take about two weeks.

Custody will be decided Friday. It was supposed to be decided yesterday (13th) but Virgie, Anna's mom, is trying to work out a visitation agreement with Larry Birkhead, her father.

The baby is going to the biological father and in full cooperation with the other boyfriend of Anna's.
I'm so glad that baby is going to be with a stable dad.
There is hope for this little one, yet.

larry birkhad was annouced father a couple days ago, atm they aren't using the legal system to iron out there problems, they decided to work things out together so to do whats best for the baby
