I think it's nice having a first name and a normal middle name, then the mother's maiden name as the second middle name.

and I'm pregnant now and if it's a girl we are naming her Isabella Diane-lane
My son has a plan name that means a lot to us James Edward, however all of my children have been namesd after family or friends

depends on the first name.. so for the choices i have for my child..
If i have a boy he will be Brayden Alexander (but w/ 2 middles names Brayden Alexander Wade
If I have a girl she will be Alexa Noelle (but w/ 2 middle names Alexa Noelle Christine

What ever you name him/her just make sure if the names can be shortened that they don't make a weird combination.
I had a co-worker who was going to name her son
Harrison Richard Kenneth. Till people pointed out the nickname for Harrison was Harry and the nickname for Richard was Dick. She quickly changed her mind.
