I know at least one of them said lots of things right after the whole thing came out last year, and because the lady was African, one of them said basically "of course they did it" and blaimed them for everything. Where is the players apology?

Yes, they should. But they should mostly apologize to their own (black) people from whom they exploit and then extort money to line their pockets with. They are not really trying to help black people; they are helping themselves.

Do you think that Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton have a inkling on what has happened lately about the Duke players?
They are too busy with the latest news with Don Imus.
They will forget Don Imus as soon as the next bit of news makes the front pages.

Not only should they apologize, they should resign from their positions. People like them leading the witch hunt against Imus is hilarious. Talk about hypocrisy. The media needs to get a backbone and do a story about what all they've said in the past and what a hypocrisy this all is, but of course they won't. Everyone is so scared to say anything at all about blacks, even though they are free to say whatever they want about whites. The double standard must end.

WE the persons are rapid to sentence a guy or woman. however the certainty of the priority is that in case you have been accused of a few thing you probably did not do and replaced into finding at probable 50 years in reformatory. consistent with probability somebody did some thing to you that replaced into against the regulation and extremely degrading to you as a guy or woman. You had no money for a criminal expert to combat the case and no person might take care of you professional bono yet Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson. you would be between the happiest human beings in the international. not one in all you will possibly turn them down as your protection team so please end speaking approximately 2 of the only adult adult males who might help me and assorted others if some thing like that ensue to us or our families. assorted human beings don't have money for a criminal expert or the flexibility to combat the device on my own So while somebody come alongside and throw assorted professional bono legal professionals in my community and another low earnings communities we are able to take care of them.we could wish the subsequent face you spot on television with them is honestly not one in all yours.because of the fact those commits you're putting forward now are actually not what you relatively propose.

They should but they won't. They're always right and even when they're proven wrong they try to forget about it and sweep it under the rug. The only reason they had to come out and put their two cents into that case is because the supposed victim was black and the guys were white and they could scream "Racism!". If this stripper intentionally lied then she should be prosecuted. The D.A. who held back important DNA evidence should lose his job. They fired Imus for making nasty remarks but what this D.A. did was much more egregious. Innocent people could have been sentenced to long prison terms. That to me is much more outrageous than some offensive speech.

Actually, I would say that there are other people who should apologize over Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. Namely, the prosecutors of the Duke rape case.

Does anyone know what role Sharpton played or what in specific he said? Why not blame the prosecutor instead, he was the real role in that scandal. He dragged these kids through the mud when there was no real evidence.

Oh HELLLLL Yes!!!! What those young men and their families have gone through for over a year is horrible. And those two were one of the first to condemn them. No facts, just color, that's all they need.
First, Jackson and Sharpton don't have enough integrity to apologize. Second, they would have to finance the air time, and they only talk if they are MAKING money.

Yes, somebody needs to hold their feet to the fire for this one...maybe the boys, or their parents will file a suit against them while they're lawyered up to file against that nit wit Niphon.

Not only should Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton apologize to the Duke LaCross Players, the accuser should face criminal chargers and a lawsuit should be filed against her.

Of course they should, but won't. Have you ever seen the documentry. Murder On A Sunday Morning, which took place in Jacksonville, Florida? Shows how dumb detectives and prosecuters can be when they don't do their job right. Big mouths that know nothing about things should keep the big mouth shut.

Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton should apologize, but they won't. They both seem to believe racism is only racism when they think it is.

If Sharpton and Jackson started to apologize for all their errors, they won't live enough years to complete the list.
Unfortunately there are no more Martin L King's around.
