Pants, because they show off your form better. There is an occasional time that you can be more impressive with a skirt on, but usually not.

I hate skirts. I always wear pants. I'm not much of a shorts person either unless I'm at the beach or something.

Pants, mostly jeans and capris.
All these skirt answers, but really, I rarely see women in skirts on their own time.
