Who really knows? However there are several reasons that it is "thought" that guys are attracted to breasts:
1. they don't have them
2. commercialism (sex sells) that they are witness to daily
3. breasts signify nurturing and guys like feeling cared for
4. instinct...men are wired to be attracted to feminine features and breasts are an obvious feminine feature

not all guys are attracted to boobs, i`m a leg man myself and i like women with nice long shapely thighs and sexy behinds, i also like women with intelligence who can hold a conversationand have a nice personally, a gsoh also helps get things going along smoothly
