I know how you feel. It doesn't always happen to me because most of the time, I'm the one making the plans for all the activities. But, this past friday night, myself, my two best friends, two guys, and three other friends of ours went to the movies. We started out just fine, but after the movie, we walked around and then went to eat. By this time, we had split up into four (which included my two best friends) and three (which I was in). I never dreamed my bf's would leave me out like that, but that's how the rest of the night went. The four talked about soccer and the three of us walked behind them a ways and tried not to interfere. I don't think I've ever felt that out of place with that group of people. My bf called me the next day and told me "it feels like I impale myself when I leave people out. Like last night, when you(refering to me) went off the the other two and I(her) was with the rest of the soccer group." So, what I'm saying is it does happen occasionally. It hurts, it's not a good feeling. I don't like the few times it happens to me. But, talk to your friends, maybe suggest things you can do. True friends won't leave you out all the time. Sometimes, those things just can't be avoided.

Your probably better off than the others your parents are trying to protect you and that is good to a certain age. However, you do need to get out when or if your old enough to make your own mistakes. That is how one Usually learns not to make the same mistake. I hope you can talk to your parents and I hope you age is appropriate for what you want to do.
Talk to them and ask them what is the age that you have to be to go with your friends. Try some church groups if you go to church. That what I did my parents wouldn't let me go out and I just went and learned about God and mad more friends and we went place and did things other wise I could not have done, at first I was upset but, I really did enjoy going to church and I did not end up like everyone that lived around me. I have value and morals and I believe that there is a God and he can help with every thing. I have needed him more often than I thought. You see first it was my escape and it turned out to be the best thing in my life. I'm far from perfect and I never try to act like I am because I make mistakes everyday. I have made many in my life but I ask to be forgiven and he has forgiven me. Just get a good education and go to college and then the sky is the limit. No one can take away your education.

i do actually get that feeling. first of all, i am diabetic, so any of the candy type sugar stuff i a no go. second of all, i am pretty weak, so i cant do any muscly things like that either. and i am also kind of extremely shy, so talking to the girls usually doesnt go to well either, which my friends do all the time. but i did get lucky in that regard though.
but dont worry, all is not lost for you. if you are like me, just stay close to your friends and ask if they want to do things you can do. if they are good friends, they will. also, get involved in things that you like to do.
this is my advice
good day to you

I know that feeling. It's like you can do whatever they're doing but you just don't feel the same way about it they do. They can see it differently because they enjoy it but it's like you don't understand.
