It suggest that you look good and/or can 'get some'. Most people who use this word don't really know what it means.

Pimping to me means being a whore or extorting someone of money or materialistic things platonically in exchange for good company and other services
The official meaning of it is similar but in opposite ways, however I don't think that's the meaning of it in super slang terms

if you describe something as pimpin' it means that it looks good or "cool". im sure there are other definitions but that's how most people i know use it. urbandictionary.com would probably help you out.
