another thing is that i want to remove transmission so it will go faster but the how will the motor move the car??

Switch the front and back pulleys around and it will fly because this changes the gear ratio. Go to www.diygokarts.com/vb/showthread.php?t=47

Certainly removing any unneccesary weight is a start, as well as re working the gearing. I'll assume a lawn tractor, no matter how many shifts it offers it may not make Go Cart expected speeds as is,,,
The Q reminded me of long ago, and hills, and baby carriage wheels on 1 x 12 pine planks. Thanks. Great project idea.
