myspace is not a place for children

I agree that it's not a place for children. However, myspace guidelines state that users must be at least 13 to use myspace. That is unless it's been changed recently. Age limits are in their user guidelines. Apparently myspace thinks 13 year olds are mature enuf to have these accounts. LOL!

You might want to ask yourself why do you have a problem with it.

Are you doing something that you would be afraid for a kid to see?

Are you doing something you would be ashamed for your mother to see?

If, so then what ever that SOMETHING is, does'nt belong on MySpace...and maybe neither do you.

That is why kids need to be cautious on myspace because some people even though they are adults...don't know how to act or behave like an adult.

And the ones that are not adults are not being brought up to act like they should.

Otherwise, myspace would be a great place for all people no matter what the age to be able to socialize and make friends.

The Sydney university sent Myspace surveys for every one to do in Year7 and above so i bet everyone just excepts it as a fact kids are here to stay.

Define "kids".
Are you talking about pre-teens, young teens or just flat out kids.

I think preteens and young teens should be allowed on there, as long as they arent' stupid and know when to ask their parents for help (if someone was talking to them that they felt uncomfortable with, ect).
