i cant really tell if they are shoe-socks, or just flats. and i kno its hard to tell because the shoes are old, but can anyone help?

The style is called "mary Janes" those ones are probably made in China. You can find them in all shoe sites and on Ebay

I saw them at Fred Myers today...
they also probably have them at target, JC Penny, Nordstroms.....
