Yep...we have water rationing in the summer around here and if they tried to put this flame they would be in violation of untold numbers of city ordinances...LOL!!!
Might cause a lot of steam too...then who knows what will happen next...the fire departments hazmat team might be really confused...

I've heard that burning Magnesium metal cannot be put out, you have to wait for the Mg to burn up on it's own.
