I'm really happy with my mac!! I was origionally all for windows but when i tried out my friends mac I was converted! I'v had mine for about a year now and had no probs with it. The only downside of a mac is some software can be a bit more pricy then the pc, but the increase in price is reflected in the qualty and speed of the programs! Everything just works!

Personally I love my mac. The only downside that I can see is their customer service can be bad at times. Be sure to get a service plan so you can call and ask them questions otherwise they won't help you. And sometimes I can't play video's, I have to use an IBM for that. Could just be my Mac though b/c it's a few years old. Actually a lot could have been improved since I first got my mac. I would still buy another one when I need to upgrade. Go for it.

Yes I love my mac. The only thing I have had problems with is I have had it sent in 3 times I got it in May of last year. When it works it works really well.

Well, except for price, they're really good machines. You can run both Mac OS and Windows on them (And hopefully there's a version of Linux for Intel macs). They aren't that expandable (internally, PCI cards, ExpressCards, etc.) unless you're buying a Mac Pro or MacBook Pro... But other than those 2 issues, they're good machines

why go for a mac? when you can have a top of the range IBM compatible for half the price... Don't put MS Vista Windows on it... put Linux windows on it that way you will be able to run anything you want.
Linux, Mac OS/X, MS Windows. all on one computer and all at the same time,
with Linux you will get all the software you want for free,,
now with the mac the software is expensive to buy, just the same with Microsoft expensive
linux is faster, you will get viruses, popups or spyware. do some home work on Linux windows

Get the Mac. If you're like most people, your only regret will be that you didn't make the switch sooner.

No. You will love it. It may just take some time to get used to. Once you start using a mac you will not want to go back to windows.

The only downside is that you might be expected to get more work done, since you'll spend much less time "disinfecting".

They should get shipments about every week to every other week. Since it was from a collection they may not get another shipment. You can order it online but if it is sold out online then try ebay or all cosmetics wholesale.

I own a mac and whenever I'm doing something very important on it it always seems to 'quit unexpectedly' and it always happens. Also if you want to switch user like on windows you can't do it without having to close your files.
