Should I ask more questions and waste points; should I just kick back and listen to Chevelle; should I just read questions and wish I could answer them; any other suggestions?

given which you're element 2 you need to no longer have any decrease on answering persons's questions? So sounds like a fault on your gadget? You do have a decrease on what number questions you could ask, which will pass up as quickly as you get to point 3..

When I reach that point I always switch to picking the best answer - you get a point a question to do this-- your spending points to ask questions.-- & I think you can get 80 points a day for picking the best answers at level 4. -k-

You COULD go to unresolved questions and vote for best answers to kill the time, if you don't want to waste points on questions you don't really care about.
