i've learned that...
1 you can pick your friends
2 you can pick your nose
3 but you can't pick your friend's nose
no seriously, i've learned a lot of valuable things in life. like never take your life or someone you love for granted.

Don't take people for face value. Actions speak louder than words.
It's ok to make mistakes, it's when you don't learn from them that is the problem.

Just because you someone's child, doesn't mean that they will love you, and that doesn't matter as long as you love yourself. and also Just because you are someone's child, doesn't mean that another person who isn't you parent can't step into your life, and be the best parent anyone could ask for.
