I do. It's one of those things where if I could go back and change one thing in my life, it would be to have never started.

Try using Allen Carr’s Easyway To Stop Smoking. You can buy the book, watch the DVD or attend an Allen Carr Clinic. All Allen Carr therapists have been smokers and have used his method to quit. Providing you have an open mind, you will find this method not only easy but enjoyable. It doesn’t have to be traumatic. Smokers make it hard for themselves because they don’t go about it the right way. Check out the website www.allencarr.com.au to find out more.

I used to smoke. I quit almost a year and a half ago. I miss smoking, not a day goes by that I think about smoking one.

I used to smoke, and if it helps, I found it relatively easy to walk away from by being one of a group of 4 that gave it up at the same time. I am now at the 4 month mark with only one cigarette.

cigarettes and used to drink alcohol. stopped both just choose not to do them, for short while I was getting in a habit of drinking when I felt down. the smoking I mostly did while drinking. neither one an every day thing. one day I asked myself what was it that I liked about drinking, the flavor the effect it had on me what? I decided it was the effect that certain things that bothered me in the real didn't bother me while I had a few drinks. The last time I drank and smoked cigarettes I got so drunk and sick that after that I just told myself it wasn't worth it. and decided not to do either. it's been more then 2 years I believe.

unfortunately i smoke too, you are absolutely right that it is hard to quit. i did cut down some though. i think that all the products out there that are supposed to make you stop smoking cost more than if i were to buy a carton of cigs. at this point it is cheaper for me to smoke lol i know it sounds horrible but thats the way i feel.

I quit when I got pregnant with my first baby, that was 9 yrs ago, but occasionally I crave one when I've had to much to drink. And then I regret it when I wake up and my throat is sore.

I never started, thank goodness, because I would probably be one of those who couldn't quit.
