Keep yourself clean. Shower daily. Menstrual blood is smelly.
Wear old and non-special panties during these times. Even the most careful ladies can get spots on their panties and you don't want to ruin any good ones.
When given the chance, let your body breathe. Take an extra minute or so to let the air flow around your body after you shower before getting dressed.
Don't have sex during your period. Your body's defenses against infections are down at this time so you don't want to introduce foreign objects to it.
Don't leave tampons in your body overnight or for more than six hours. There is a sickness called Toxic Shock Syndrome that can make you very sick by prolonged exposure to a tampon.
Don't be embarrassed by your periods. You bleed, be glad you are healthy. People who tease about periods are immature.

There are several things you can do to make your periods more manageable. First, always keep a pad in your purse/backpack. Since you just started getting your periods, they won't come at teh same time every month, and you'll need to be prepared. Second, once your periods get heavy, I recommend you get a pad that comes with "wings." Pantiliners are useful on light days.
Third, at some point, you may begin to feel breast tenderness and heavy cramping. For cramping, try an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen. For breast tenderness, it is important to lower/limit your sodium intake during the 2 weeks before your period. A lot of people think the breast tenderness means they are growing, but actually the pain is caused by swelling. A couple weeks before your period, hormones build up, and water retention can occur as a result. The water retention in your breasts causes them to swell and become painful. Just reduce your salt intake. Fourth, if your cramping or headaches ever get to be too bad, talk to your parents so they can get you to a doctor. There are medications the doctor can prescribe to prevent extreme monthly PMS pains.

properly, it will be some diverse issues. you'd be so less than pressure about the precedence that you're causing your era to be late. also, in case you took your birth control for the first time this month, the well-being practitioner must have instructed you to attend before having unprotected sex for no less than 2 weeks. at the same time as did your boyfriend's condom smash? replaced into it in those 2 weeks? also, you're youthful and your body remains dealing with variations. If I were you, i ought to tell your mom what's taking position and ask her to call your gynecologist. in the adventure that they are in touch, they're going to ask you to go back in and make certain all of it out straight away. you'd be ok.

Use pads with wings. Don't soak in a tub. You'll feel uncomfortable at time's but it's all in your head. Use the overnight pads for going out. Don't wear white. And don't get stressed. Hope this'll help. :)
