I know where your coming from. Last year, when I was 13, I plucked my eyebrows really thin. It looked terrible, and my brows were growing back sloooooooooowly. Then I found this stuff called Dream Lash. You can order it on Amazon, and it's only $10. Just put smear a little bit on the skin where you want your eyebrow hair to grow back and in a month it'll grow back thick and natural looking. What's great is it's actually meant for eyelashes, and it comes in a tube like mascara, so I put it on my eyelashes too and it made them super long and thick! It's amazing, I'm addicted to it.

You're supposed to "pluck" eyebrows, not shave them.

But, since you did, you'll be happy to know that the regular coarse brow hairs will come back eventually.

Every pore has several hair follicles and some of them produce finer hair. The coarse ones will gradually fill in.

listen, your eyebrows may never fully grow back but they will fill in much more. It takes time. I honest to gosh new a lady who shaved her eyebrows off instead of plucking and drew them in every day. No real eyebrow at all. Anyhow, she decided to grow them in and that was years ago. They are NOT like real eyebrows. They've never grown in correctly and she still must draw them in.

So, you are going to have to learn to use a decent eyebrow pencil and powder until you get it down right. Keep practicing the shape you want to draw in until it looks right. I suggest you buy a great pencil. I use a powder pencil from lancome. It is expensive at 23 dollars but the pencil looks very natural because its powder instead of waxy.

Once you get the over all shape down right, pat the brows with your regular face powder in order to tone them down a bit and make them not so obviously drawn in. The lancome pencil has a neat brush on the end that helps you to blend the powder in with your own eyebrow hair and make it look even more natural.

There is a nice eyebrow creator set by NYC brand make up.
Here is a picture of it and a bit about it:

It is very inexpensive at only a couple of bucks. I use this one too quite a bit. It has a little pot of clear waxy stuff and a little pot of which ever eyebrow color you choose. Your options are a dark brown, medium brown and a light brown one for blondes. It has a little applicator brush. You dab the waxy stuff on the applicator and then swirl it in the brow powder. Then you gently brush it on your brow line until it looks great! I love the stuff and its cheap!

They also have eyebrow stencils that you can place over your natural brow area and then fill in with your own color. It gives you a perfect shape. It takes a bit of working with though to get it to look even though. You have to hold the stencil just right or one might look higher than the other, etc.

Last but not least go here to a STEP BY STEP eyebrow site. Its great and extremely helpful and easy with lots of pictures and easy to follow steps. check it out!

Anyway, Good luck and hope these ideas help.

ooh.. this same thing happened to me when i was your age(except i shaved the begining of both of my eyebrows) i'm 16 now.. well i was 12 when i did it and they never grew back thick. i finally started putting vitamin e oil on them about a month ago and they're back to being perfect i wish i would've known about that 4 years ago... i wouldn't have gone all through middle school and alot of highschool filling in my eyebrows.

Um i'm sure it'll grow back naturally, until then I suggest filling in the part you shaved off with a color of eye liner that best matches your eyebrow color.

It may take a while but it will grow back since you shaved it rather than plucked it. Rogaine is the only thing I know of to help your brow hair come in faster.

In the meantime, use a tinted brow gel to boost the appearance of your brows.
