this one is really tricky,
i love my friends and family to my last breath and i know they know that so i can sacrifice a few tens of people for the sake of a billion one.

I would chose family even though there are 1 billion people it is only 1/5/ of the world America has 300,000,000 people it would mean america and 2 other big countries or even just China. Would die. Before America came to be known people lived without this countrey this means we will not all die just because 3 major contries die. I would chose family realy it people you known for all your life. How can you decide them for 1 billion strangers
