I am a completely a tomboy. I play football, rugby etc all the time. And love extreme sports (such as skateboarding, paintballing). I do martial arts, and i am very rough and tough. a lot of boys would not dare fight with me! Im really daring just the other day i was dared to eat a worm and i did it (but it didnt taste that nice lol). I love to get dirty and play with mud-and climbing trees is sooo fun. I dress like a boy (and wear nothing girly what so ever). I hang around with the boys...as i find them more adventrous and fun. Basically in would say a tomboy is a sporty, brave, tough, adventrous girl. That loves to compete an do activities boys do. But the do not alway dress boyish. But i prefer to because their clothes are more comfy.

A tomboy is a person of the female gender who loves to play uninhibited, loves to explore her world with the wonder of a child, is not afraid to pick up worms, and snails, and slimy things, hates to get all cleaned up and fancy (except for a special occasion or two) and probably lives happier and more content than 90% of the other women her age! The best way I know how to describe a tomboy is a girl that does everything a boy does. which a girl would never do.

She doesn't have to dress or look like a boy to be a tomboy.

I'm a tomboy myself. Tomboy's are girls who don't like to dress girly and wear lots of make-up. Tomboys usually dress darker, and usually do things guys like to do. I'm a tomboy, and I skateboard, I am very rough and tough, I don't like wearing make-up, skirts, dresses, pink, heels, whatever girly girls like to do. Tomboys are the opposite of girly girls.

a girl thats acts and/or dresses like a guy. for example a girl playing football too much, obsessed with electronic games, skateboards, etc. and ALWAYS hangs out with the guys. she does NOTHING girly. probably dresses like one too. hey, if you play football or whatever and you're a girl, im not calling you tomboy. thats just some of the things that they do! â¥

It's what I was when I was a girl, liked snakes and frogs and bugs and stuff. Didn't run off screaming when a boy tried to show a frog to me. Competed with my boy cousins to see who could do the most daring stuff. Actually, I still like stuff like that.
