If I am eating at home or at a family member's home, I remove the hair and continue eating.
If I am at a restaurant, I send the food back to the establishment and order a different item from the menu.
If I order from a fast-food place, I throw the food away, then call the manager and complain, demanding a credit.

depending on where i am this is what i do:
In a reasturant, I would tell the waitress and talk to the manager cause that is just disgusting and there supposted to be wearing hair nets.. Then see what happens from there.. but i would want new food for sure..
At home i dont know cause i have never had it happen but i know i wouldnt eat it.. Of course it would most likely be my hair cause i cook most of it so i would throw it out and get new..

At home, take it out, wipe my hand on my pants and eat the food. In a restaurant, make a big scene, demand a new meal for free, then sue the restaurant, the manager, the cook and the waitress for the trauma caused from incident.

B tc# slap the waitress, blow to the kitchen and rub your plate of food in the cooks face.
No, just kidding, all I ever do is quietly put down your fork and stop eating. I would never send food back, I've seen those 20/20 shows that show you what cooks do to food that is sent back, yuck.

Blame the cat if its white. I have 2 white cats. If its from the food service people, I send it back and order something else so they don't give me the same plate with less hair.

If I found it in the restaurant food, I'd have it taken back to the kitchen and wouldn't order anything else there.

At a restaurant: stop eating (never return food - they DO do gross stuff to it often)
At friend/family's: remove and eat around where it was
At home: remove and eat all
