I heard these people say there fish died(these people had gold fish) and their daughters were so upset. They heard about this and tryed it, and it really worked! They squished about 3 frozen peas, threw them in the tank, and in a few minutes (or seconds) the fish came back to life! I'm guessing they did this about 2-3 hours after they died.

This is true. What happens is the fish takes in to much air when they eat on the surface. The peas make the air dissipate within there system almost like a burp you could say.

This happens to our fish nearly daily. He will float upside-down at the top of the tank. Its just that hes gassy, but he looks dead. The first time we were all upset and disappointed because he was new. Then we talked to our friend and she said either to feed them peas (no outer casing, because that just makes it worse) squished up, or kale.

When I was a child my father used to catch eels in the creek near our home and put them in the freezer. He wanted to use them for bait when he went surf fishing during the holidays. When we were getting ready for our holiday. He took a frozen eel out of the freezer and let it thaw. When he came back to cut it up for bait it slid out of the bag alive!

The goldfish story is fascinating. Wow.

Nope. Not possible. Once the fish is dead it is dead and no amount of peas added to the tank will help that. Urban legend.
