Any capture card (with or without TV feature) that has the appropriate audio & video "IN" connectors for your camera would do the trick.
Some will also allow you to feed video & audio into the card via your PC's USB or Firewire ports. Check the card's specs for details on that feature.

Not very expensive ... lower end cards are as little as $40 or so:
