Mangoes have good amount of calories but if you eat one each day it wont be too much.or else you can cut down other food has high calories to compensate eating mangoes. Mango is rich in vitamins and mineral does have benefits. Only do not eat if you have kidney problem as high potassium level can create problem. Spartan

As long as you don't eat too many calories, I won't. If you eat less than 1400 a day calories and get exercise every day and you will loose weight in no time.
