Is there any problem installing music from I-TUNES? Will it make the songs only able to be played on the Zen System; like it does with the IPOD?

iTunes is two things. It is an online music store, and it is a piece of music management software.

This means that you cannot use iTunes to manage the music on the Zen.

However, if you purchase music in MP3 form from the iTunes store, or if you ripped your own CDs in iTunes, you can transfer those songs to whatever piece of management software you choose to use for the Zen.

Just make sure you select MP3 files as your preference, from iTunes – the ACC files it downloads (and rips with) by default will not work with anything other then an Apple product.

'chillie', chill out. I also have a Zen Nano Plus, 'n it is fantastically sturdy. that's slightly perplexing to administration the music even with the undeniable fact that, yet as quickly as you get it, you acquire it. It additionally has super area for music. 'n it is small it is sturdy whatever gender you're, yet relatively sturdy if your a woman. (i.e., a woman's pants wallet are actually not designed to hold something...) And Zens ARE low-value then iPods, yet extra powerful, i wouldn't likely be attentive to. i've got in no way had an iPod formerly, i've got same mp3 for some years now. I additionally observed a funky digicam/mp3 at Wal-Mart the different day. It regarded fantastically cool, 'n replaced into purely $50. plenty much less then an iPod might value... If that would not inform you some thing, what's going to?

I have a Zen! It is better than an Ipod.. because you do not have to have the proprietary Itunes software.. You can just download an MP3 file on it with no conversion whatsoever..
