You may be able to go to the post office in person and ask the clerk to postmark it. They will most likely stamp it right then and there.

Mail it... The postmark is the red stamp on each letter you get that has a location and date on it and it is usually near the postage stamp. It is put on by the postal workers when it goes through their station.

The post office does that. Unless you have a postmeter yourself some offices have them. For the IRS purposes don't play get it in at least a extension form if you are not finish with your taxes and you still need to pay if you owe by April 17th.

You have to mail it--only the people who work at the post office can do that
