Depending on the college. Private universities usually require you to apply senior year, but community colleges sometimes will let you take classes in your senior year.

Depends on the school. My friend did it for one catholic school and he got in as a junior. But most schools require you to be a senior.

yes. our community college even lets high school seniors attend classes if they meet certain criteria.
