Now that DNA tests proved Larry Birkhead is the father of Anna Nicoles baby , why has there been no talk of this man paying child support ? I understand the babys worth a fortune but doesn't this man still have to pay ?

Who is he going to pay it to? The mother is dead. And since he is getting custody, he wouldn't have to pay child support.

No he doesn't because Anna Nicole Smith don't want him in the baby life and Howard Stern was telling everyone a lie that he was the father
this poor baby was fought over because of the money and I am not talking about the real father I believe he really wanted this baby before Anna Nicole Smith die this guy was fighting for his baby

No i don't think of he might might desire to pay new child help! Who might he pay it to - himself! Nicole in no way admitted that he replaced into the truthfully father so he might'nt be accountable to pay. If Anna Nicole replaced into nonetheless alive and he pursued to get the DNA attempt and it replaced into found out that he replaced into the truthfully father (like it replaced into shown) then if she wanted to - then she could pass and sue him for new child help..even tho' the toddler is worth tens of millions. that is petty i might think of!

I'm pretty sure his plans are to claim the child and raise her, since he's the sole parent now.
