Do mens testicles get larger as they age in their 50s?

Just wondering. My boyfriend seems to have larger balls then the men I dated in my 20's. Whats the deal? Are testicles like ears, and grow bigger as you get older?

No, testicles do not get larger as men reach middle age or older. Their size is determined by genetics and reaches full maturity by the age of 21.

However, if he has noticed that they have changed in size (i.e. that this is not the size he has always been in his adult years) then he should see a urologist to rule out a medical disorder.
