Yes, It's "Shareholder Voting Season" and I was wondering how I would determine how the Mutual Fund Managers VOTE on Stock ISSUES proposed by share holders. Voting for the Board of Directors of Corporations, and Voting for Auditors.

Does anyone know if the Mutual Fund Managers make their votes public, or if I as a collective owner of a Mutual Fund can sway a manager to vote a certain way.

For most fund, management either does not vote, or votes for all management recommendations. In a few controversial cases, funds provide key blocks of votes, but this is rare.
