Hey I'm a high school teen who has braces but my boyfriend never had braces. Just wondering have you had braces if you haven't do you wish you had?

I had braces for 6 years and it was the worst 6 years of my life.

I don't. I have crooked teeth, but I don't need them. Braces are just another thing to make you look better, in my opinion. I don't want to go through a lot of pain just for perfect teeth. It's too much hassle. Too much money. Too much pain. IF my crooked teeth are ever so bad they hurt and I absolutely NEED them, then I'll get them. Until then, I don't see the point.

I have Braces now. When I was younger i always wished i could have braces, but they ain't much fun.

I had braces. I had them from 4th grade until 7th grade. My teeth were a mess and I am so glad I had them. My parents did not have a lot of money but they did this for me anyway!

I wore braces when i was a high school teen too.
Though it is not a very good period of time its all worth it as after your whole treatment is completed your teeth will be very beautiful.

I've got braces and I'm getting them off in a few weeks. Im in mid school, dont eat popcorn, wear your ribberbands, floss after every meal, and you'd be getting them off next week too.

I have braces now. In fact, I just got them yesterday. Since you do too, do you find pronouncing words with an 'F' sound weird?

I'm a teen, and I haven't had braces........yet. My teeth aren't that bad, but I still might get them. =( I am NOT looking forward to it if I have to get them.

I had them through most of highschool. Before the braces I was really insecure about my teeth but since I've had them off people have told me I should enter smile contests! Yeah, it sucks wearing them, but when they come off--whoo!--it's totally worth it.

never had then cause i have perfect teeth(well they are a little yellow) and I am gald I never got them. In my mind it always seemed fun to get them, i mean getting to change the colors each month and just doing something new. But my friends told me that they got sick of them within a month.
