No, you cannot identify gender by footprint any more than you can by fingerprint. You cannot even use size for you cannot know the size of the individuals involved. If a 6ft female and a 5'5" male walked together what result would you get. No, eliminate this from the possible.

From a footprint, not really: you could guess at the size, and how deep it is if it is a man or a woman. Like if you go by gender stereotypes, then a deep, long and wide footprint would be a tall male footprint, and a more slender, lighter footprint would be a shorter woman footprint. But there are no conclusive ways to tell gender by footprint. If it was a footprint of the bare foot you could be closer, but it's not the same as finding a skeleton, where you can tell gender, age and ethnicity by looking at the different bones of the pelvis, forearm and skull, amoung other areas.

Not with any reliability. Even trying to determine gender from a skeleton isn't an exact process. A footprint might tell you if you're dealing with an adult or a child. That's about it, and it largely depends on what kind of material the footprint is in.

Not by one foot print but perhaps by several like a trail. Men and Women walk differently just go to a crowded place and look around but this is probable not reliable.

Possibly, if they are barefoot. The curve of the female foot is slender and longer than a male's.

I guess you would know a woman by her high heel shoes.
