I already asked on, stating that I'm pro-life. Now let's say I'm pro-choice. Anyone got anything they would like for me to know about the subject?

The thing about the pro-choice position is that no one person or group is really qualified to make the decision for everyone else. That's exactly why the pro-choice folks want to allow the decision to be made by the individuals involved, and not imposed on them by some govt authority based on abstract theories and beliefs.

The decision whether to have an abortion is complex, and involves hundreds of factors, including the health of those involved, when and how the pregnancy occured, the financial and lifestyle situation of those involved, whether the child can be safely carried, whether the child can be put up for adoption with a reasonable chance of finding new parents, and scores of other issues. There is no single right answer.

That's why I believe (as do anyone else in the pro-choice arena) that the decision must be left up to the individual, based on specific medical and personal advice, and based on the details of the situation. It's not something that politicians can decide in advance.

Isn't it funny, after all these years, that people are still talking about abortion. How about we start talking about how to eliminate the conditions that lead to abortion. You know, things like education, birth control, empowerment of women. Preventing unwanted pregnancy? That's too easy. If we reduced the demand for abortion, there wouldn't be any more hot button issue to misdirect the voters with, would there,? Will the nonsense ever stop?

If you are under 18 in a state that requires parental consent, you can STILL get an abortion. Go see an attorney. There is FREE legal advice available to you in such an emergency situation. it's called Civil Legal Aid. You can get the appropriate phone numbers by calling the clerk of your local court.

i will say straight up i ve had abortion and i regret everyone of then wheather it is right or wrong it is what it is i was not ready and i thought if you had them early enought it does not matter quess what i was wrong it does matter so if your going to do it make sure its your decisison not his and if he says he wont be there social sevices love to nail his a s s aganst the wall. keep in touch

I believe that it should be used only for Rape, because i think that a woman shouldn't have to suffer twice.
